- Create Job Request/Job Order
- Raise Quotation with built-in FSR/SOR to the client
- Generate Work Orders to the Specialist Sub-Contractors

- Submit Final Payment Claim based on as-built quantity
- Raise Invoice to the client for the certified works

Fault Reporting
- Raise a Fault through Web Portal / Mobile App / Phone Call
- Collect Name, contact information with detailed description of the fault, including location, affected systems, and observed symptoms
- Capture Time and Date of the fault observed and set the Priority Level based on the Severity of the fault (e.g., critical, major, minor)
- Provision to make Attachments such as Photos or videos to provide visual evidence of the fault
- Assign Technician to fix the fault registered
- Upon the technician has fixed the fault, he can update the status of the fault with photo evidence
- Automatic escalation of unresolved critical faults to higher management
Asset Tracking
- Real-time tracking of asset locations and statuses
- Barcode, RFID, or QR code scanning for quick identification and updates
Inventory Management
- Maintain detailed records of all assets with quantity, condition & location
- Alerts for low stock levels or expiring items
Planned Preventive Management
- Schedule preventive maintenance tasks to reduce downtime
- Track maintenance history and costs for each asset
- Generate work orders and manage maintenance requests
